Assistant Buyer (Ladies Accessories)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Senior Buyer in all matters relating to buying, operations, and promotion initiatives;
  • Regularly conduct market research; May attend overseas trade fairs with Senior Buyer;
  • Monitor sales performance closely and execute stock transfer;
  • Perform relevant business analysis in order to develop appropriate action plans to achieve financial targets set by Company;
  • Work closely with Operations, Visual Merchandising team, and other counterparts to maximize sales performance of responsible category;
  • Conduct product training for the sales team.  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in fashion design or merchandising;
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in high-end multi-brand fashion;
  • Experience in buying / brand selection is a must;
  • Strong fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills;
  • Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent command of spoken English & Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders of corporate sales division
  • Handle accounting tasks of transactions, invoices, account receivable, system input and shipment document preparation, etc.

Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounting

Assisting the Division Manager, Finance & Accounting, to manage and supervise the F&A team in Hong Kong and Shenzhen Office, which covers full set accounts, statutory account, cash flow, consolidation, reconciliation, taxation, treasury functions and internal controls for our retail business.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Ensure timely and accuracy of month-end closing and inter-companies transaction and reconciliation;
  • Consolidate monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheet;
  • Provide guidance and advice to the team and monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness;
  • Ensure internal control measures in compliance with corporate standards;
  • Assist in maintain, review and formulate internal policies;
  • To liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;
  • To handle tax filing;
  • To handle / supervise LC bank documents;
  • To perform ad-hoc project as needed.

Requirement:

  • University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines;
  • Qualified membership of recognized professional accounting body, HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is a MUST;
  • Minimum 6 years solid working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory position, experience in auditing and the retail industry in Hong Kong;
  • Proficiency in PC applications, in particular, Excel, knowledge in Sun Account system is a definite advantage;
  • Strong analytical and people management skill, flexible, responsive and responsible;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

  • Produce various reports/ analysis related to inventory, promotions, against budget/ target/ history etc. for business review purpose;
  • Assist manager in preparing monthly rolling forecast against budget for both in-season and pre-season sales and inventory on store and product category level;
  • Work closely with buying team and retail team to monitor planned sales, planned margin and planned markdown;
  • Produce regular daily / weekly and monthly management reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 years' relevant experience preferably in buying/merchandise planning/allocation area;
  • Logical, detail-oriented, strong analytical mind, excellent accuracy and numerical skills;
