Marketing Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing
- Copy-writing: Create attractive English content for various platforms, including but not limited to press release, social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.), videos, and EDM
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, copy-writing, publishing, and community management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities corresponding to product launches, marketing campaigns and offline activities
- Ensure consistency and high quality of all written materials.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDM)
- Monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
Brand Marketing
- Manage in-house brand library (brand materials)
- Seasonal Shooting coordination
- Event Support
- Marketing team admin support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital Marketing and / or content marketing gained through international fashion retailers, preferably in luxury fashion industry
- Passion and commitment to the world of fashion
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Excellent command (NATIVE) of written and spoken English
- Experience with content production, video-shooting will be an advantage

Graphic Designer (Fashion)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for video motion graphic, video shooting and editing, photo retouching and audio editing of our social media platform such as IG / FB / XHS videos and Reels;
- Support for maintaining steady flow of content;
- Communicating with other departments in brainstorming and developing new ideas;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in graphic/multi-media design or other related subjects;
- 1-2 years experience in online and offline design (industry related to fashion / retail is an advantage);
- Strong Fashion and VM sense;
- Good design software knowledge in 2D and 3D.

Sales & Operations Manager (Retail – Beauty)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and achieve sales targets; review the sales performance regularly and setting of KPIs for team members;
- To communicate with respective counter personnel to ensure accurate inventory forecast - clear understanding of fast moving items or otherwise seek for appropriate remedial plans.
- Provide assistance and coordination when required for counters move-in and move-out, maintenance and renovation;
- Keeping abreast of the latest Beauty market trend and competitors’ information, make proposals from time to time for improving business performance.
- Study and make suggestions on improvements on internal work system and efficiency (work reports, procedures, etc); conduct sales and business analysis on existing business and may assist in budgeting;

- Be responsible for the staff management and take appropriate actions to ensure sales target are achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in store operations and retail management in Beauty industry;
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Strong mind set in good customer service and problem solving, being positive and results oriented;
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Process orders of corporate sales division
- Handle accounting tasks of transactions, invoices, account receivable, system input and shipment document preparation, etc.
