Sales Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Process orders of corporate sales division
  • Handle accounting tasks of transactions, invoices, account receivable, system input and shipment document preparation, etc.
  • Arrange on-time delivery and courier for logistic arrangement
  • Compile sales reports, update and maintain client database
  • Support department general administrative tasks
  • Prepare defective report and follow up
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE/ Higher Diploma or similar academic level
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales administration experience, with knowledge in administrative record keeping 
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and with high integrity
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Pivot table in Excel), Word, PPT & Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good team player
