Job Description:
Content writing
Create high-caliber Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) content , establish strategies and oversee the editorial content, aiming to build relationship with customers across all online & offline communications, including but not limited to social media, e-newsletter, press release and marketing collaterals.
Develop creative digital strategies to maximize engagement from young demographics and customer loyalty
A. Digital Marketing
- To develop creative concept/design, and include the productions for all the communications
- To plan and manage the budget optimally and efficiently on social media channels (XHS, etc.)
- Execute digital and social media marketing campaigns from end-to-end, overseeing strategy, development, execution and tracking
- To maintain digital agency relationship and manage their KPIs & deliverables
- Conduct and support ongoing analysis of digital marketing and social media activities
Develop dynamic and creative MKT & PR campaign strategies to facilitate business targets (traffic and sales for in-store) and objectives
A. Marketing Planning & Event Management
- To be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation for all marketing outreach programs including marketing communications events and online & offline marketing campaigns
B. Public Relations
- Support PR relationship building, PR contact (both media and digital advocates/influencers) database expansion and management
- Assist in the coordination and execution of press events (from execution including material sourcing, vendor liaising, to logistics management and etc.), media interviews and store visits
- Update and maintain PR and social listening/tracking reports and analysis.
C. Brand Partnership
- Facilitate productive collaborations with different internal and external parties in optimizing campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- To liaise with brands to organize marketing and promotion events e.g. limited edition GWP / HN Cart
D. Creative Projects Support
- To support on marketing events, seeding, write-up, and social media planning for all creative projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in digital brand marketing with background from fashion industry;
- Highly organized and detail-minded. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Obsessed with customers and experience with campaign measurements (effectiveness/ efficiency);
- Creative, able to work with conceptual ideas and convert to innovative execution;
- Excellent creative writing and communication skills in Chinese
