Buying Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist and support Senior Buyer in all merchandising issues;
- Prepare seasonal product training material and market research analysis;
- Assist all aspects of buying trips preparation and follow up;
- Prepare various detailed sales performance and purchase reports for Merchandising Department;
- Handle daily issues regarding sales, delivery, stock-transfer, special orders, etc.
- Conduct product training for sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder preferably in fashion or related field;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Good fashion sense;
- Very detail oriented and organized;
- Independent, able to work under pressure;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
