Retail Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Retail in devising and formulating sales plan and company objectives;
- With strong leadership that can drive and lead the sales force to achieve sales targets;
- Good analytical skills. Analyze sales figures to facilitate planning and develop action plans to maximize sales opportunities;
- Evaluate operation process and initiate plans to increase team productivity & efficiency;
- To devise, formulate and implement the manpower plan and training plan for front line staff;
- Excellent management skill to coach, drive motivate and monitor sales staff to provide excellent service and sales floor standard;
- Handle customer compliment or complaint;
- Work closely with VM management and Buying team in order to achieve business strategies;
- Work closely with Marketing team to handle the VIP recruitment, customer retention program;
- Work closely with Security Manager to handle the theft and lost case and manage the cyclic stock count within store level in order to maintain an accurate stock record; and
- Work closely with Cashiering Manager to handle special case with the POS and ensure the Operation Policies are adhered to.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years management experience in retail business;
- Experienced store manager with excellent track record is welcome. Candidate with ladies-wear / menswear experience is a plus;
- Assertive, energetic, result focused and service oriented;
- Excellent business sense, leadership and people management skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; and
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software applications.

Creative Marketing Executive
Role Overview:
As a Creative Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of five annual High Profile Promotions (HPP). You will balance high-level creative design with day-to-day digital marketing operations.
Job Description
#1 Creative Graphic Design
- Visual Concept & Design Creation:
Develop original visual concepts and execute designs for marketing campaigns, social media, in-store signage, window displays, and event materials. - Brand Identity & Consistency:
Ensure all visual output adheres to brand/company guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-end aesthetic across all physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring all assets (print, digital, in-store) are produced on time and within budget. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with brand marketing, social media, and retail teams to align creative execution with campaign goals, product launches, and promotional campaign.
#2 Creative Marketing
- Marketing Communications:
Coordinate and execute the communication channel of new product launches, brand events, and in-store promotions. - Brand Marketing and Partnership:
Serve as a key liaison between HN Beauty and key beauty brand partners to consolidate the brand offers and provide administrative support with marketing team - Digital Marketing and Content Marketing:
Work with social media agency & marketing team to brief and develop engaging content for communication channels and support the management of the beauty department's presence on the Beauty app & social media platform.
Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Creative Media/Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years professional graphic design and digital marketing working experiences within luxury retail, beauty industry
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, AI software.
- Exceptional typography, layout, and composition skills with a keen eye for detail and current design trends.
- A passion for and understanding of the beauty industry, luxury aesthetics, and retail consumer behavior is essential.

Fashion Buyer (Men’s)
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Divisional Merchandising Manager in all matters relating to menswear buying, operations, and promotion initiatives;
- Regularly conduct market research and attend overseas trade fairs;
- Monitor sales performance closely and execute stock transfer;
- Perform relevant business analysis in order to develop appropriate action plans to achieve financial targets set by Company;
- Work closely with Operations, Visual Merchandising team, and other counterparts to maximize sales performance of responsible category;
- Conduct product training for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in fashion design or merchandising;
- 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in high-end multi-brand fashion is a must;
- Strong fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills;
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent command of spoken English & Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
